HD Reach is a resource for our community, provided by our community.
Family members, friends and providers are all making a commitment to build a community that believes in seeking help to overcome challenges and to providing assistance to those in need. You are invited to become a Partner in this journey. You will be part of a community of sustaining members creating a Path to a better life for all those impacted by HD.
As a founding Partner of HD Reach’s monthly giving program, your monthly contribution will help keep resources free and accessible to all Pathway Members and allow us to wave some of the fees for Specialized Paths. With 1,000 people living with HD and 5,500 at risk in North Carolina, it is inevitable that someone will need some extra help and support. Together, we can respond as quickly as possible when you or a loved one is in need.
By giving monthly, your ongoing support means predictable and sustained revenue allowing for services to be provided without delay and research on finding innovative ways to deepen our relationship with the HD community.
Monthly giving also provides benefits to you:
- Making smaller donations every month makes it easier to spread out your gift over time while still contributing to a cause that is important to you.
- You will be part of our Founding Partners community; a community dedicated to providing support to those impacted by HD.
- You will receive giving Partners specific communications, invitations and opportunities to make HD Reach more helpful to this community.
