Provide a trained HD expert available by phone, email and telehealth to advise on long-term care, handling challenging behavior, finding medical providers, creating safety plans, making plans for the future, connecting to clinical trials and so much more.

Help make connections between people who need to talk to someone in the HD community to decrease feelings of isolation.
